Construction on terrace

If there be any construction on any corner, its effect will be felt bye the relevant resident member. Such constructions be therefore only towards South, West or SouthWest and towards East, North, NorthEast, NorthWest or SouthEast.
Shaded area is the correct place for these

Whether the building is regular or skewed, such construction in rectangular form should start from no.1 and proceed towards no. 2 as shown in the figures. It should always be rectangular and away from the corner by at least 3 feet.

Regular Plots

Effects of construction on SouthEast & SouthWest corner.

  1. Construction on SouthEast corner causing female folks being unwell, indebtedness, fights & disputes, mental worries, fire & theft hazards, court cases, problems with administration and second & sixth child having troublesome life & marital discords.
  2. Construction on SouthWest corner causing head of the family, first & fifth child being unwell, bad habits, getting convicted, going to jail, accidents and death are possible.

Remedial measures:

Construct away from SouthEast & SouthWest corners by at least 3 feet.

Or

Construct on the whole of terrace and cover it with equal or lighter material.

Effects of construction on NorthWest & SouthWest corner.

  1. Construction on NorthWest results in female folks being unwell, indebtedness, fights & disputes, mental worries, insolvency, court cases, problems with administration and third & seventh child having troublesome life & marital discords.
  2. Construction on SouthWest corner causing head of the family, first & fifth child being unwell, bad habits, getting convicted, going to jail, accidents and death are possible.

Remedial measures:

Construct away from SouthEast & SouthWest corners by at least 3 feet.

Or

Construct on the whole of terrace and cover it with equal or lighter material.

Effects of construction on NorthWest & NorthEast corner.

  1. Construction on NorthWest results in female folks being unwell, indebtedness, fights & disputes, mental worries, insolvency, court cases, problems with administration and third & seventh child having troublesome life & marital discords.
  2. Construction NorthEast results in all family members specially earning members will be always worried, unwell, having no progress, financial stringency, no recognition in society and first & fourth child having troublesome life and martial discords.

Remedial measures:

Construct away from North & East walls and NorthWest & NorthEast corners by at least 3 feet.

Or

Construct on the whole of terrace and cover it with equal or heavier material.

Effects of construction on SouthEast & NorthEast corner.

  1. Construction on SouthEast corner causing female folks being unwell, indebtedness, fights & disputes, mental worries, fire & theft hazards, court cases, problems with administration and second & sixth child having troublesome life & marital discords.
  2. Construction NorthEast results in all family members specially earning members will be always worried, unwell, having no progress, financial stringency, no recognition in society and first & fourth child having troublesome life and martial discords.

Construct away from North & East walls and SouthEast & NorthEast corners by at least 3 feet.

Or

Construct on the whole of terrace and cover it with equal or heavier material

Skewed Plots

Effects of construction on SouthEast & NorthWest walls.

  1. Construction on SouthEast wall causing female folks being unwell, indebtedness, fights & disputes, mental worries, fire & theft hazards, court cases, problems with administration and second & sixth child having troublesome life & marital discords.
  2. Construction on NorthWest wall causing female folks being over weight, having pain in legs and third & seventh child having troublesome life.

Remedial measures:

Construct away from SouthEast & NorthWest walls by at least 3 feet.

Or

Construct on the whole of terrace and cover it with similar material

Effects of construction on NorthWest & NorthEast corner.

  1. Construction on NorthWest wall results in female folks being unwell, indebtedness, fights & disputes, mental worries, insolvency, court cases, problems with administration and third & seventh child having troublesome life & marital discords.
  2. Construction on NorthEast wall results in financial stringency and head of the family & first child having troublesome life.

Remedial measures:

Construct away from NorthEast & NorthWest walls by at least 3 feet.
