Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Age of the vine: 40 years on average
Culture: Integrated cultivation, mechanical soil cultivation
Ageing: 14 months in oak barrels (25% new barrels) et 3 to 6 months in vats.
Tasting: Lots of red fruit aromas such as cherry, raspberry. Notes of animal and fur on slightly more evolved wines.
