Age of the vines: 26 years

Viticulture: Mechanics. Sorting of the harvest at picking and reception.

Wine making: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 6 to 10 days between 6° and 7°. Thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Vatting time: 3 to 4 weeks. Regular immersion of the cap during the vinification period. Micro-oxygenation if necessary. Malolactic fermentation partly in barrels. Pressing by vertical press.

Tasting: A complex bouquet with many facets. Beautiful fruity intensity with a perfect symbiosis of black berries and spices. Delicious and fruity in the mouth.
